Depending on your ongoing interactions with us we may collect more information about you like banking and payment details if required.

 

Collecting sensitive information about you

 

We may sometimes need to collect some information which is particularly sensitive. This type of information is called ‘special category personal data’. The law says we can only collect and use this kind of information for very specific legal reasons, such as keeping you and our colleagues safe when undertaking their functions. CareHub will only collect and use this information where it is essential for our work.

Do We Use CCTV?

 

CCTV is installed in the building in order to provide reassurance and to:-

 

  • Prevent and detect crimes

  • Identify, apprehend and prosecute offenders

  • Deal with any queries, complaints or enquiries

  • Ensure the security of our and your property and that of our clients and contractors.

  • Ensure that our policies and procedures are being adhered to

  • Assist in any investigations or any disciplinary or grievance issue

  • Monitor the security of our premises

  • Monitor adherence to health and safety provisions and policies

 

As well as being the purposes for which we use your personal information, all of the above are also legitimate reasons for us to use and store personal data.

 

We have appropriate security of the CCTV equipment including protection to prevent unlawful access to any footage.
